The “Old Shoppers’ World,” as it is affectionately called, brings on waves of nostalgia for everyone who experienced the mid-late 20th century shopping center phenomena. It was a wholesome outing for the entire family and it lives on in pictures, material ephemera and memories of days gone by. Meet with FHC Curator Stacen Goldman to discuss her interpretation of the old neon sign, her research in making the adjoining kiosk, and your own burning questions. Take half an hour to tour the exhibit at your own pace before meeting with Stacen for an informal 30 minute conversation.
