| Colored Postcard, "Framingham, Mass. Metropolitan Water Works, Reservoir No. 2, along the Boston & Worcester Electric Railway." Published by the Leighton & Valentine Co., New York City Looking east along Worcester Street (now Rte. 9) from today's Edgewater Hills Apartments. Today's Chapel Hill looms in center, with the dual tracks of the Boston & Worcester Street Railway Co. bordering the reservoir. To the right would be the fairways of the newly formed Country Club, from which a stray golf ball might hit a trolley. |
