Framingham, Mass." in red at top left of postcard. Drawing shows aerial view of Dennisn factory from across street. "The Metropolitcan News Co., Boston. Mass. and Germany" in red in center margin View is north across Howard and Bishop streets. Founded in 1844 in Brunswick, Maine, Dennison Maufacturing came to Framingham in 1898 and occupied existing factory buildings. This early view shows a triangular area containing the power plant that was later moved east across Bishop Street so buildings could be added in the triangle.
