Description Color Postcard, "The Warren-Odiorne Mansion, Framingham, Mass. Built in 1799"
addressed with message to Mrs. Clayton Roth of Nassau, NY from Anna H. Reynolds
published by J.F. Eber

The mansion was built in 1799 by Isaac Warren, who ran a tannery. His wife operated a general store in the house. James C. Odiorne, who worked with machine-cut nails, became the owner after Warren's death in 1847. Circa 1900 - at about the time this photo was taken - the house became known as the Warren-Odiorne Mansion. The mansion still stands on the corner of Walnut Street and Main Street.
