Description |
Color Postcard, "High School and Common, Framingham, Mass.", on a summer day Published by JF Eber Printed in Germany
Photo shows view looking north along Vernon Street on the west side of Centre Common. The high school was built in 1852 and enlarged by additions north and south. In 1908, a new high school was built on Union Avenue. This building was then moved to Central Square. The vacant site was used to build Jonathan Maynard school in 1916. |
